Never a package that was decided before we met you.
-
Refinement, not excess
We start small and review. That is the house rule.
What is it?
A facial here is a course of steps rather than one product: cleansing and extraction where needed, then infusion, then something to calm and seal the skin. Which steps you get depends on what your skin is doing on the day.
Every programme starts with a skin analysis, so the plan is chosen from what we measure rather than from what you booked. If your barrier is irritated we will calm it first and move the stronger programme to another visit.
Suitable for
- Dry or dehydrated skin
- Dull or tired looking skin
- Congestion, blackheads and enlarged pores
- Skin that needs a refresh before an event
- Anyone who wants a non invasive option with no recovery time
Good to know
Facials suit most skin types and age groups, and they are popular with people who want gradual, natural improvements in skin quality rather than a single dramatic change. Tell your therapist about any active acne, recent peels or retinoid use.
THE FACIAL GUIDE
What is actually in a treatment.
We offer seven facial programmes built for different concerns and goals. Each combines professional skincare technique with our skin technology to work on hydration, nourishment and revitalisation.
Key technologies
- Pure oxygen infusion
- Uses purified oxygen pressure to prepare the skin so it absorbs the active ingredients properly.
- RF skin firming
- Radiofrequency energy to support collagen production and improve firmness.
- Ice firm cooling therapy
- Controlled cooling to soothe the skin and refine the look of pores.
- Sonic infusion
- Ultrasonic technology to carry skincare ingredients further into the skin.
- Signature massage
- A facial massage designed to relax the muscles, improve comfort and support skin wellness.
- Skin analysis first
- Every treatment begins by assessing hydration, oil balance and elasticity, which decides the programme.

SAFETY AND SUITABILITY
What you should know before you decide.
This is general information, not advice for you personally. Your doctor will go through it at your consultation and will ask about your health and your medicines before anything is agreed.
What we use
Oxygen infusion, radiofrequency, cooling therapy and sonic infusion, with the programme chosen after a skin analysis.
What is normal afterwards
- Mild redness and warmth for an hour or two.
- A tingling feeling during the active steps.
- Occasional small spots in the following days as congestion clears.
Less common risks
- Irritation or stinging if your skin barrier is already compromised.
- A breakout on acne prone skin.
- A cold sore flare if you are prone to them.
- Temporary darkening if you go straight into strong sun.
Tell us, or wait, if any of these apply
- You have an active cold sore, impetigo or any skin infection.
- You have sunburn or broken skin on the face.
- You have taken isotretinoin (Roaccutane) recently. Tell the doctor.
- You are pregnant. Say so, as some active ingredients and radiofrequency are avoided.
- You have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device, for the radiofrequency step.
Before your appointment
- Stop retinoids, acids and scrubs three days beforehand.
- Do not book within a week of sunburn or a strong peel.
- Tell us if you get cold sores.
Afterwards
- You can wear make up the same day, though skin looks better without it that evening.
- Sunscreen daily.
- Hold off on retinoids and acids for two days.
- Drink water and expect the glow to be at its best at 24 to 48 hours.
Call us straight away if
- Burning or stinging that does not settle within a few hours.
- Blistering, a rash or swelling.
