Using this website

Everything on this website is general information about treatments we offer. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a recommendation for you personally. No treatment is suitable for everyone. What is right for you is decided by a doctor after examining you, and a doctor may advise against a treatment you came in asking for.

We take care to keep prices, brands and treatment information accurate and up to date, but the price list on this site is a guide. The price you are quoted at your consultation is the price that applies.

Booking an appointment

• Sending the appointment form, or messaging us on LINE or WhatsApp, is a request. Your appointment exists once we have replied and confirmed the time with you.
• Every first appointment includes a consultation. No treatment is carried out until a doctor has assessed you and you have given informed consent.
• You must be 20 or over to be treated. If you are under 20 you will need a parent or legal guardian present.
• Please tell us about your medical conditions, medicines, allergies, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We rely on what you tell us to keep you safe.
• We are open Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 20:00, and closed on Monday.

Cancellation, deposits and lateness

• Consultations are free and require no deposit.
• For long appointments and for treatments where product is prepared specifically for you, we may ask for a deposit when you book. Any deposit is credited in full against the cost of your treatment on the day.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. With that notice, any deposit is carried over to your new appointment or refunded, as you prefer.
• If you arrive late we will treat you if there is time, and otherwise we will find you another slot. Life happens, and we would rather move you than rush a treatment.
• If a doctor decides on the day that a treatment is not safe or not right for you, you pay nothing for it and any deposit is returned in full.
• Treatments already carried out cannot be refunded. Aesthetic results vary between people, and a result that differs from what you hoped for is not by itself a fault. Please come back and talk to us: we would rather review you and adjust than have you unhappy.

Promotion conditions

• Promotional prices apply while the promotion is shown on this website, and we may end or change a promotion at any time. A price you were quoted in writing is honoured for that booking.
• Unless we say otherwise, one promotion applies per visit, promotions cannot be combined with each other, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A course price covers the number of sessions stated. Sessions are for the person who bought them.
• A promotion never changes the clinical decision. If a treatment is not suitable for you, we will say so and you will not be charged for it.

Membership conditions

• Emerald credit is prepaid credit, not a contract and not a subscription. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews automatically.
• Bonus credit is added at the moment you top up, and can be spent on any treatment on our price list.
• Credit is held against your name, is for your own use, and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
• We will confirm the validity period and the full conditions in writing before you top up. Ask us for them on LINE or WhatsApp at any time.
• If the clinic closes permanently, unused credit is refunded.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Call 093 581 7788 or message us on LINE or WhatsApp, and read the safety section of the treatment page you had, which lists the symptoms that need us the same day. If a symptom is severe, go to the nearest hospital first and tell us afterwards. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer law or removes our responsibility for the care we provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. Where the English and Thai versions of this page differ, the Thai version applies.
