Who we are

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. What it does is listed below, in full.

The appointment form

If you complete it, we receive the name, contact detail, treatment and preferred time that you type in. Nothing is collected until you press the button. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your appointment.

Your language choice

Whether you chose English or Thai is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device, is not personal data, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

Third parties this website contacts

Loading a page on this site causes your browser to contact these services, which means they receive your IP address. We have no control over what they do with it, and their own policies apply.

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and delivers its pages.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces the pages are set in.
• Google Maps, on the home and contact pages, which shows the map of the clinic. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
• LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, only if you click through to them. We do not embed their trackers on this site.

Health information

Anything you tell us about your health, your medicines or your treatment is sensitive personal data under the PDPA. We ask for it only at your consultation or in the clinic, we process it with your explicit consent for the purpose of treating you safely, and we keep it as part of your medical record. Please do not send detailed medical information through the appointment form or social media.

Photographs

We photograph treatment areas only where it is clinically useful, and only with your permission. Your photographs are never published anywhere, on this website or on social media, unless you have given separate written consent that says exactly where they may appear. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove them.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only where it is necessary: with the clinic staff treating you, with a hospital or doctor if you need onward care, with our service providers under contract, and where the law or a lawful authority requires it.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to move it elsewhere, and to withdraw consent you gave before. Ask us on LINE, WhatsApp or by phone and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising these rights is free and we will not treat you differently for it. Some medical records must be kept for a period set by Thai law, and we will tell you if that applies.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.
